This is Joven M. Cajandab from the Philippines. I am a former Enfant Du Mekong (EDM) Scholar. Mr. Jean Medard is my former sponsor or benefactor. My deepest and sincere condolences to the family of Mr. Medard. I just learned his death the moment I am writing this letter. I also want to offer my greatest appreciation and gratitude to the family especially to Sir Jean and Madame Yolande Medard for the big help in financing my studies before. Rest in peace, Sir Jean Medard!
